FROM M60

M60 exit Junction 21 signposted Chadderton/Manchester City Centre.

Turn right if travelling from Stockport (M60) or left from Middleton/Manchester).

At the traffic lights pass the Travelodge (Boat & Horses) and Costco on your left. Continue until the Total petrol station (on your left) and take a left turning which is Foxdenton Lane.

Continue to T-Junction and take right turn under Railway Bridge.

At the next set of lights turn left. Brookside Business Park is the next left.


FROM M62

Exit M62 at Junction 20 and take the exit onto A627 (M) (Oldham) for 2.6 miles.

Continue (South) on A663 (Broadway) for 1.5m.

Turn right (NW) at traffic lights/crossroads onto Middleton Road, continue until you see B & B Windows on Left.

Turn left at traffic lights onto Mill Hill Road.

Continue past Sarsons vinegar factory and the road winds round under a Railway Bridge. At the next set of traffic lights (Greengate Brewery on right) continue through crossroads and take the 1st left onto Brookside Business Park.
